Terms & Canditions

· The student who is enrolled with the Spa24Academy will have to work hard regularly. In case the teachers feel that the student in not working hard, creation indiscipline in the Spa24Academy, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the Spa24Academy. The decision of the Director Sunil Kumar in this regard shall be final and binding on the student. The fees will not be refunded.

·If any student absents himself/herself for more than 5 days continuously without prior written application he/she may be deemed to be expelled from the Spa24Academy. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases. The decision of Director Sunil Kumar in this regard will befinal and binding on the student and parents.

· After deposting the course fee if a student becomes disinterested or fails to join the classes in the Spa24Academy due to any reason what so ever and wants to takes his/her money back the Spa24Academy will neither refund nor transfer the money to some other student account . The registration money deposited towords a particular course will not be adjust against any other course and is not refundable if a student doesn’t join that particular course.

· Any student caught adopting unfair means during the work is liable to immediate removal from the work and no refund of fees paid shall be made. Any change of address should be notified to the office immediately.

· Mobile phone/I-pod is not allowed in the class. If at all student carries mobile phone in the class, then fine will be Rs 500. The Spa24Academy is not responsible for any loss/theft of any personal belongings in the Spa24Academy.

· In case of any mishap because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc) occurs in the premises of Spa24academy Classes, the Spa24Academy shall not be responsible in any manner what so ever.

· If the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Academy, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the Academy. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.

· After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason what so ever wants to take his/her money back after the enrollment, the Spa24Academy will not refund or adjust the money.

· I have understood class will be Monday to Friday. if i spend more time in Spa24Academy my course will be complete early.

· I understood that dress is compulsory for all student from third day of class. if any student will not come in dress then fine will be Rs 500 or can't attend the class.
