Introduction to Stretching Massage (18-hours)

We offer a 3-day (18-hour) short introductory course designed for individuals who want to experience the techniques of Stretching massage. It's important to note that while this course provides valuable knowledge and hands-on training, the 18-hour duration does not qualify for a certificate of completion. Nonetheless, it offers a wonderful opportunity to delve into the fundamentals of Stretching massage and gain practical skills in a condensed timeframe.

Stretching Massage Foundations Level 1 (30-hours)

Students will learn basic foundational sequence for a full body supine (face-up) Northern Style Stretching  Massage included foot, legs, limbs, stomach, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, head, and face, fundamental concepts, history, philosophy, and the practice of classic Northern Style Massage as was originally developed and documented over 10 years ago and still taught to this day at Spa24Academy Chandigarh.

Students who enrolled and completed the Level 1 course will receive a certificate of completion of Stretching Massage Level 1 certified from the Spa24Academy.

Monday to Friday (9am-4pm)

6000/- Tuition for individual 30-hours course (Not included 500 registration fee).

Stretching Massage Foundations 2 (30-hours)

This Level 2 course completes the 2-Part series of basic foundational courses. The student will learn the additional required sequences of side lying, prone, and seated positions.

Students who enrolled and completed the Level 2 course will receive a certificate of completion and an official T-shirt of the Spa24Academy Chandigarh.

Monday to Friday (9am-4pm)

6000 Tuition for individual 30-hours course (Not included 500 registration fee).

Stretching Therapeutic Massage Level 3 (30-hours)

Learning theory, technique and practical application on how to relieve simple ailments. Applying and improving techniques of the Northern style stretching massage. Also an introduction into Herbal Hot Compress science, a technique of therapy using herbal ball to massage on muscles.

Students who enrolled and completed the Level 3 and Level 4 courses will receive a certificate of completion. Students who complete all four levels of Stretching massage will receive a pin of honor from the lineage

Monday to Friday (9am-4pm)

Prerequisite: Level 1 or Level 2  from the Spa24Academy Chandigarh, *if you take basic courses from other massage school* you are require to repeat 30 hours OMH Level 1 or Level 2

Stretching Therapeutic Massage Level 4 (30-hours)

Expanding On The Stretching Massage Course Level 3 with concentration on the pain of leg, foot, knee and back. Learn theory, technique instruction and practice of Sen Sib (10 Main Energy lines) as Itha, Pingala, Sumana, Kalatharee, Sahatsarangsi, Tawaree, Lawusang, Ulanga, Nantakawat and Kitcha.

Students who enrolled and completed the Level 4 course will receive a certificate of completion.

*Students who complete all four levels of Stretching massage will receive a pin of honor from the lineage
